Inside, two Gula Melaka Doughnuts offer deep caramel notes wrapped in soft, pillowy dough, while the Pistachio Cruffin layers buttery, flaky pastry around a smooth pistachio filling, finished with a golden almond crumble for a satisfying contrast of textures.
The Old Fashion Crumble Apple Tart pairs Granny Smith apples slowly cooked with vanilla beans inside a buttery sweet dough, topped with a golden almond crumble that brings crispness to every bite. Completing the collection is the Black Forest Tart, where silky chocolate crémeux, sour cherry jam, Kirsch-soaked Griottines cherries, Chantilly cream, and chocolate shavings come together inside a crisp chocolate shell.
