Naturally processed with a 45-hour aerobic fermentation and carefully dried over 11 days, the coffee develops remarkable sweetness and complexity while preserving the refined floral character that has made Gesha one of the world’s most celebrated varietals.
Elegant notes of rose petals and delicate florals unfold into bright tangerine, before finishing with smooth chocolate for a beautifully layered and balanced cup.
